All in-office appointments for shopping, fitting, or consultation will require a $50 deposit to confirm the appointment.  

The $50 deposit will go towards any purchase made during the appointment. If nothing is agreed upon, then the $50 deposit can be refunded.  

Any no-shows, cancellations, or rescheduling within 24 hours of the appointment will result in the forfeiture of your $50 deposit.  

Custom orders are different than pre-order/made to order items on rcapubliclabel.com.

Pre-order or made to order items in a standard size and fabric offered on the website will be eligible for refunds according to the standard refund policy. Made to order simply refers to the fact that we make what you order from the site when ordered if we do not have it in stock. No variations have been made.

Any items ordered that have any variations such as they are not of a standard size/altered, or of a custom color or fabric for a public label item or any bespoke project with Renee Cafaro Atelier will NOT be refundable.
